What the club says: Newtonmore Golf Club is surrounded by the grandeur of the Cairngorms, south to the Grampians, north to the Monadhliaths and west to the great peaks of Lochaber. The first, second, seventeenth and eighteenth holes along with the third tee are on rolling ground at the clubhouse level. The remainder of the course is on the flat land bordering the River Spey.

A delightful parkland course in a classic Scottish highland setting. Greens were perhaps a little slow but in excellent condition. Not a long course off the yellows but a good challenge.
