Kinghorn golf course

Lovely wee course for the beginner or mid to high handicap. Bit of a pitch and putt for the low handicapper

What a disappointment

Played Carnoustie Championship & Burnside courses 20&21/06/19. Grossly over rated and expensive, £220/£75. Burnside in very poor condition, patchy and bumpy greens, bare lies in first cut and rough. Championship not much better although it appears that an effort has been made to the greens, divots everywhere, bare lies. Maybe a hangover from The Open ?

Fun and challenging course!

Myself and 3 friends visited 18/5/19. After 2 holes we realised we?d never played a course quite like it. The terrain is wild on a few of the holes and some of the green positions are surprising (double check the card) No water hazards Some challenging short par 4s and some long par 4s! No par 5s. Nobody seemed to care about the dull weather. We definitely want to visit again, it was only the weather that let it down, because we couldn?t fully appreciate the views over the forth.

Great course

Brilliant course, Suitable for golfers of all standards. Greens deceptively deceiving. Stunning views over the Forth.

Great wee course

A great course with lots of different and challenging holes. Fairways were in excellent condition and the greens were fast and true, well worth a visit

The jewel in the crown of the council courses

Very testing course with greens that are always hard to play and fairways with undulations to catch you out

played Kinghorn today in the mist and light rain course was really good fast greens as you would expect. only bad thing was there is Alot of bird fathers on the course making it hard to spot your ball ect but can't be helped being so close to the see.

Fantastic course and all for £12 after 3pm midweek. The holes were interesting, the greens in great condition - the views amazing, over the Firth of Forth to Edinburgh and the bridges. Some unusually short par 4s and some very long par 3s !! Highlight was the 3rd from an elevated tee down to a large green guarded by a dry stone wall !!

Played twice in the week 75 on Monday, wind got up on Thursday and shot 80. HC 16
