Beautiful setting and a good yeast of golf
I enjoyed my round at Kedleston Park and it’s easy to see why it has such a good reputation. The course has a strong parkland layout with plenty of variety, and there are several memorable holes that make you think your way around rather than simply reaching for the driver. The greens were very good. They were reasonably quick, true and rolled well. The bunkers were also in good condition and consistent throughout the course having been recently refurbished.
I felt the rest of the course didn’t quite live up to the standard of the greens. While the layout is enjoyable and nothing was poor by any means, it just lacked that extra wow factor that would make me rate it higher.
The clubhouse and facilities are excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which certainly adds to the experience.
Overall, Keddleston Park is a good course that’s well worth playing, especially if you enjoy quality parkland golf and good greens

Great early season conditions
Thoroughly enjoyable round ofGolf despite the heavy rain on one of the best golf courses in the East Midlands. Greens fabulous despite winter weather. Fairways needed the rain in a few places.

Amazing course, pristine
Amazing course, not played one in better condition this year. Quick greens took a bit of getting used to (for me anyway) and the local knowledge of playing partners helped a lot. Birdie on 10 surprised them and me, but 5 pars too also felt good. Ignore the 7’s and 8’s only to be expected by an infrequent player.Reviewer Rating

Beautiful setting
Lovely course in a beautiful setting. Always in great condition and a joy to pay. Members are welcoming, pace of play excellent, fairways well maintained and greens always top class - nothing less than you would expect from an Open qualifying venue. The course itself is fun to play with a nice mix of holes, nothing too challenging but designed to keep you on your toes and provide a level of risk and reward.
Highly recommended and a definite must play if you have the chance to play.
