What the club says: Our eighteen hole golf course measures just under 6,100 yards and plays to a par 71. No hole is the same and every hole offers its own unique challenges. The course has undergone a lot of development in recent years with the introduction of four superb new holes and the modification of various others.

The course is described as a mix of parkland and woodland, so large mature trees are a very prominent feature on most holes. We also have a number of small lakes on the course and you will encounter these on a number of occasions throughout your round - and we think you will find our large fish quite entertaining as they greet you by the 16th tee.

Very good condition

Great variety of holes, most holes feeling very separate from each other, very good condition.

Played here on a Sunday morning. They currently have an offer of £10 for a round over the winter. Superb value of money for a course with varied holes to test you. Everyone we came across around the course was extremely friendly and helpful. I will be returning! I didn't visit the clubhouse though the atmosphere certainly sounded great from outside so am unable to rate the facilities etc accurately.

The day I played the course the weather was attrocious. To be honest I cannot say too much for it. I did almost get 2 Hole in ones on the par 3's The course was very wet, not helped much by my poor game (thats not blaming the weather)

Never went into the clubhouse but the Pro was very friendly when we returned to pay at the end of our game. I would love to come back & play in better weather we will see.

a very challenging and picturesque course
on many holes wayward tee shots punish your score
It has a very nice clubhouse but catering only provided to 'Societies' and competitions
