Worth visiting for the views
Not as famous/well known as some of the neighbouring courses, but I returned after playing around 6 years ago & was reminded what a decent course this is. Always seeing the water, a nice mix of holes with the main elevation changes experienced on 1 and 18.

East Lothian gem of a course
Clubhouse wasn't open due to covid19 but the course and office was the staff andMembers very helpful.

Fantastic Scottish links
A fantastic and hilly cliffside Scottish links. Tight drives, accurate pitches and chips and lovely greens. Extremely picturesque on the cliff top with views to die for. Lovely clubhouse and shop, very friendly staff and tasty food. The rain couldn't spoil this day.(Round played: Sep 2019 - Score: 99 Handicap: 16.6)

The pro shop were not the most hospitable, more interested in going home, but the course and the views made up for that.

Great course. Definately one for your must play list.
Plenty of room to play forgiving even when you wander off your drive. A few questionable pars, may need to recalculate course, par 3 @ 200yds. really need a good dig.(Round played: May 2019 - Score: 89 Handicap: 26.4)

Cracking Links course
A little dangerous at times with holes crossing each other.

Amazing course with great views
A Challenging course, with extremely well kept fairways and greens. Wonderful views of the Fife coast line. The Signature hole (13th) is amazing hitting blind to the green, Close your eyes and hope its on the green when you get there. Will be back for sure!!

Superb setting
Annual visit didn?t disappoint. One or two greens a little bumpy, but overall course in good condition. Catering friendly, good quality and value.

A hidden gem
After a fairly benign start to the round this course opens up to some great holes with views that much more expensive golf clubs would kill for. If up in this part of the world would recommend a visit.(Round played: Jun 2018 - Score: 77 Handicap: 11.7)

The poor relation in East Lothian
Neither links nor parkland and vaguely clifftop, The Glen is very much the poor-man's choice in East Lothian: the municipal course at Winterfield is better value. I recommend saving up to play the properly top-class tracks such as Gullane and North Berwick not to mention either of the Archerfield courses. The Glen is the Vauxhall Astra of East Lothian - not very reliable, not st all attractive but cheap and dowdy.

great course with superb views. Fairways and Green very hard so remember to drop a couple of clubs especially when with the wind
Only issue we had was although the club is supposed to be open till 9 we found it closed so could not enjoy a beer
