What the club says: Built in 1994, Four Marks was created from the rolling Hampshire countryside. The course follows the natural contours of the land in this area of outstanding natural beauty, working with the existing pasture and woodland to become one of the most challenging nine holes in Hampshire.

Unfortunately this course has gone down hill. The Greens were dreadful, hard and bobbly and the fairways hadn't been cut so had dandelions all over them. This is quiet a tight course but in the dry conditions definitely not at its best and not worth the £12 green fees for 9 holes.

Great course for getting back into the swing of things( for those who don't play regularly). Enough length to allow you to open up your arms, with a couple of dog legs to make you think a little.
One downside is that the course and greens are pretty poor outside of the spring/summer season. Although you can put up with that by having a good curry once you come off the last hole!

The worst greens I've ever seen, how can anyone take this place seriously when pitching and putting is pot luck. Avoid if you're a serious golfer.

Just played 1/3/2014 all the other local courses water logged and no trolleys allowed. Was amazed how dry the course was and no issue with trolleys. A very friendly family atmosphere, good food and good 9 hole course.

Not my favourite course played. Quite expensive for a short 9 hole course and the greens were in a terrible state meaning landing the ball on the green and putting was a lottery!

Very good 9 hole course. Not too demanding for a very good golfer but gives enough challenge to test yourself. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice 9 hole course. The first few holes a fairly bunched together but the 4th onwards are really good. The 6th is by far the best hole tempting you to go for the gap between the trees, which in my case can often end in disaster!!
Overal a lovelly course set in nice hampshire countryside.
