Highly Recommended 2018
What the club says: Eastham Lodge Golf Club can be found in the south east part of Wirral, in the North West of England, just a few miles from the Roman city of Chester.
Although just less than 6,000 yards in length, our parkland course presents a true challenge to golfers of all standards with plenty of mature trees, dog legs and some lengthy par threes. Accurate positional play is the key to success. The course has been rated the 2nd most outstanding Wirral course after Royal Liverpool GC for 2017.

Matured into very challenging course
First, and previous time, I player this course was about 30 years ago.I was pleasantly surprised yesterday, as to how it has matured into a very well established, picturesque and challenging test.
Some very difficult holes for an intermediate golfer, and only accredited one par 5 to play, although I would dispute this.
My only comment is about the course layout and the distances to some of the tees. This may need a re-think, but overall I would strongly recommend giving this course a try.

Its a good test and in good condition.

Excellent parkland course
For ?13 hot deal, cannot be beaten

Lovely course & great value
Always a good course to play which is in great condition. offers a great challenge(Round played: May 2019 - Score: 95 Handicap: 16.7)

Nice course
Unfortunately told 3 winter greens although there were 4 and they are probably the worst winter greens I have played on. The rest of the course was fine for this time of year. Friendly club.

Good

Nice enough course, but....
First time playing Eastham Lodge, friendly welcome in clubhouse and pro shop. Well organised open event, starter on the first tee. Not a great fan of the course itself, lots of short doglegs with narrow fairways so accuracy is the key. Condition of the course was a bit hit and miss with sparse fairways in places and very patchy greens. No real stand out holes. Worth playing if in the area I suppose but not somewhere I would play again. Flat so easy walking. Still good food and beer in the 19th so not all bad.(Round played: Aug 2018 - Score: 79 Handicap: 5.5)

Great testing course
Course was in great condition (apart from bunkers which need more sand). Always a test as need to keep the ball straight. Course management is much needed on here as you can score low if you get it right(Round played: Aug 2018 - Score: 89 Handicap: 16.5)

fantastic course worth visiting
Had a great game of golf this afternoon, first time playing the course, do not mixed up at the 3rd and 4th tees, great staff, thanks to the staff in the pro shop, course is bearing up well even with the recent hot weather.(Round played: Jul 2018 - Score: 85 Handicap: 14.4)

Great value for money.
At £12.50 after 15.00 great value for money. A short course but still a good test, especially in the dry conditions.(Round played: Jun 2018 - Score: 90 Handicap: 14.1)

Brains over Braun
A targetsman's paradise where you don't need your driver all to often as it will put you in danger.

(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 92 Handicap: 12.6)
