What The Club Says
The Dumfries And County Golf Club opened in 1912. This is a lovely Willie Fernie designed parkland course, which is always in excellent condition and has a superb restaurant and bar.

A massive thank you to the lads in the pro shop and the absolute gentleman behind the bar who couldn't be more helpful and attentive that really made the visit that much better.
The greens are absolutely beautiful and the course was fast. The members couldn't be more friendly. We will definitely be back with more in our group next time

Home Course
This is my home course, which is a friendly environment with a very good pro and pro shop. Course is not the longest, but is challenging. Greens and tees are always great.Reviewer Rating

Best Greens I Have Played Anywhere
I have played more than 250 courses throughout Europe and these are undoubtedly the best greens I have played on. It's like putting on velvet. If you can't putt here, you can't putt. The rest of the course is as manicured as you will find. Not a long course but undulating and interesting. If you are in the area it is a 'must play'.Reviewer Rating

Brilliant Course in Town Centre
Fantastically laid out course, very undulating with plenty of raised tee's. In great condition. Best greens i've played in a long time. Well stocked pro shop. Will definitely play again if in the area.(Round played: Sep 2021 - Score: 92 Handicap: 19.4)
