What The Club Says
Established in 1914, Dinas Powis is a beautiful but challenging parkland course which borders ancient woodlands with stunning views of the Vale of Glamorgan and over the Bristol Channel into Devon. The course has dramatic views over the Bristol Channel , Penarth and Barry and countryside to the north east.
It is challenging and very well presented. After completion of your round, you are guaranteed a friendly atmosphere in the clubhouse.

was looking forward to playing Dinas powys as i hadn't played it before. on arrival everything looked good, the pro shop was nicely stocked and there was a warm welcome. unfortunately the course fell short of my expectations. the winter mats were a big problem trying to get a tee to stay upright. the greens were very patchy. a lot of blind holes and greens that were in front of the next tee so you had to drive over the top.Reviewer Rating

course was playing lovely, greens although in great nic was a bit slow but overall fantastic value.

A SHORT WALK THEN THROUGH FARMERS FIELDS TO 3 MORE UNUSUAL SWEEPING HOLE BEFORE YOU START TO WALK BACK.
THE 16TH IS A DRAMATIC OVER DROP, AND SHORT PAR 3 FOR THE 18TH.
THE COURSE IS WELL MAINTAINED, GREAT FACILITIES.
I WILL CEWRTAINLY PLAY THEREW AGAIN.
