Nesting in the foothills of the Southern Pennines, Davenport Golf Club offers a warm and friendly reception to golfers of all ages and abilities. Set on both sides of a quiet country road just outside Poynton, the course measures 6034 yards from the white tees.

Greens
Played on 29/04/2026, tee to green is great as always. Unfortunately, the standards of the greens were abysmal. Not running true, bobbling like a pin ball machine, the grass was a similar texture to the green section of a washing up sponge.Reviewer Rating

great course very soggy though
