What the club says: Championship Course - Dartmouth Golf and Country Club hosts 27 holes created from the dramatic contours of the surrounding landscape and all designed to championship standard. The 6,663 yard, par 72 Championship Course, which has regularly hosted the Western Region PGA Matchplay Championships, has been designed to challenge the most proficient golfer, although the strategic positioning of the tees guarantees that the course provides an exacting and enjoyable challenge for golfers of all abilities.
Dartmouth (Dartmouth) - The 9 hole par 33 Dartmouth Course offers a more relaxed challenge but nevertheless the holes have been built to the same exacting technical standards as the Championship Course.

Golf Course Reviews for Dartmouth Golf & Country Club
Fantastic day out with good friends, the course was a dream to play. Really enjoyed the course and will definitely be back later this summer.

Winding through the hills of southern Devon this course goes from welcoming to tough and back to forgiving time and again. It's fantastic, you have to choose whether to attack or not on the tee for each and every hole and the par 3's can be stern tests!
Clubhouse was nice but the practice facilities were a little weak and very tired.

Played over the Bank Holiday weekend in the searing heat but still posted a respectable score. Very hilly course. My strong recommendation would be to hire a buggy for the round.

Very well kept and well maintained course's. Great helpful staff and food is fab. Would highly recommend

Great golf club with two excellent courses which are the two most playable winter courses local to me. Aside from the golf, the atmosphere, staff, pro shop & facilities are all excellent. I intend to become a member very soon.
A fantastic and challenging course, long and skinny in parts - holes to challenge anyone.
Sadly, the bunkers are woeful with stones and slate littering the sand - I've heavily gauged a wedge attempting to play out of a bunker on the 18th. The stone was a big one and hidden only a couple of mm below the top surface of the sand. Sadly indicative of all the bunkers on the course. I realise bunkers are there to punish but, not by damaging your club surely?!?
I play here often however and would highly recommend the facilities and course in general - a great, very scenic course and well worth a visit. They do have great deals for weekend trips and societies.
A challenging course in a beautiful setting. Not cheap but worth the effort. Good value if you use 2-1 vouchers. Apart from a few below par tee-blocks, the course was in excellent condition and winds it's way around several valleys and hill tops. Quite narrow off the tee with bunkers in all the right places and a number of water features. Worth getting a buggy if you are not the most mobile.
And yet the green fees are extortionate.
I wouldn't reccomend this course at all, used to be so much better. Shame really.
