What the club says: The Par 72 course is both challenging and interesting at 6557 yds with a standard scratch of 72, it will prove challenging for all standards of golfers. The front nine offers spectacular views and scenery as the course stretches along the Severn estuary then down into the valley. The back nine brings you into our new land and 5 holes which includes our 572 par 5 and not for the faint-hearted. As you leave the new land you prepare yourself for the Clevedon signature hole. The Castle tee stands over 200ft above the fairway with views all over Clevedon and out into the estuary with Flat Holm, Steep Holm and the Welsh coastline stretching before you. This is one hole we guarantee you will never forget.

Good course, in good condition with very good greens. Decent practice facilities for all areas of your game. An interesting course to play with plenty of variety. It is rather long for a mid handicapper off yellow tees. Playing off 17, hitting a 3 wood 200 yds, I couldn't reach many greens despite hitting majority of fairways. Plenty of tree lined holes means you need to be pretty straight. Some contoured greens make short game great fun. Enjoyable round with great views of the coast, and a very warm and helpful welcome in the pro shop.

Good challenge of a course but not great condition or very well looked after.
Heck of a walk up and down the whole course so would take a buggy next time , but not sure how the buggy would fare on the buggie/cart paths which aren't good , practice facilities poor

A Must Play course
I am a new Country member and play regularly with a friend who lives about 50 miles the other side of the course. We played lots of courses before deciding to join here. The course is in brilliant condition and a tribute to the green staff. The clubhouse and members are friendly and welcoming. The food is excellent and good value. Nothing not to like.Reviewer Rating

Great course and veiws.
Great challenge course was in great condition, greens quick but true, pins were very tough if your the wrong side of hole,3-putt, overall excellent.(Round played: Oct 2017 - Score: 87 Handicap: 12.8)

Decent course with some great views! Overall this is a decent course and worth while playing. The course is well maintained and manicured and a good test. The greens were pretty average when I played it but i get the feeling that this isn't the norm and would generally be pretty good. Overall it had some good holes but to be honest I was expecting a better golf course. I wouldn't discourage anyone from playing here but I personally wouldn't rush back to play it!

A likeable course with some testing golf if you are not hitting the ball straight. Some superb views of the local area accompany a lovely course. I felt the facilities let it down slightly and the members were not overly friendly. Would recommend it though!!
