What The Club Says
Ryder Cup players, Peter Alliss and Clive Clark, have transformed this intriguing piece of land into one of the most beautiful golf courses in the country – a mixture of classic links and modern championship course.
The club is named after the Greenwich Meridian Line which runs through the course. Only eleven courses in the world span the Meridian Line - ten in England and one in France.
With water hazards on all but five of the holes and large, undulating greens built to USGA championship course standards, you need both a fearless approach and a steady head.

Poor condition
Great design with some interesting holes requiring some thought. However the whole place feels neglected. Poor start when there are stinging nettles in the clubhouse flowerbeds and the place is full of cobwebs. On the course many of the fringes are bare, the tee boxes have not been maintained, the fairways had not been mowed for some time. £45 is steep for this (lack of) quality.

Poor Value
Played as a guest , Course not in great shape , greens very uneven , lots of bird damage , T boxes uneven and worn , bunkers not maintained very well , we thought ?45 was expensive for what we gotReviewer Rating

Not great
Really disappointing £45 for a round on Saturday greens were absolutely shocking , the worst greens I’ve played on all winter. winter wheels only on trolleys which is fine but then letting people use buggy’s and drive around where ever they want seems a little strange. Use to be a lovely course but has really gone downhill this last year.Reviewer Rating

Should have been closed
Played holes 1-4 and then 14-18, then played them all again. To be honest I was pretty disappointed to pay ?40 for that, it's really not on to charge full price for 18 holes when half the course is under water. Pace of play was super slow too with groups of 4 not letting groups of 1 & 2 through. We had to wait for at least 5 minutes on every tee.Reviewer Rating

we had to play off mats which i understand but the mats we're in very bad condition.
this should've affected the green fee's and been a little cheaper .
staff and food was great .

Great challenging course
Great challenging course which is well maintained. Most greens are sloping so being able to read a putt is a must.A must play if you get the chance

Fantastic.
Great place, very welcoming for non members. The layouts really nice, a challenge but also has a few forgiving holes to shoot a score.Reviewer Rating
