What The Club Says
The 6720 yard par 72 course is full of character and presents a variety of challenges to a golfer of all abilities, with its undulating landscape, trees and pond. The main feature is a large glacial swale which meanders its way down to the river Yare creating many interesting tee and green locations.

Excellent Challenging Course
Bawburgh Golf Club is a really welcoming and enjoyable place to play golf.The course itself is always presented well and offers a fair but interesting challenge for golfers of all abilities. It’s a layout that keeps you thinking without ever feeling punishing, which makes it a pleasure to play whether you’re popping out for a casual round or taking things a bit more seriously.
The clubhouse atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, and both members and visitors are made to feel welcome. Staff are approachable and helpful, and there’s a real sense of community about the club that’s refreshing to see.
Overall, Bawburgh is a great example of a well-run, traditional golf club with a modern, inclusive feel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality course and a welcoming golfing environment in Norfolk.
