lovely round

Perfect day whilst on holiday for a cheeky round of golf.
Course was in great condition and the greens flat and running well

What a marvellous course. Do not be fooled into thinking Norfolk is flat. The first hole "The Valley" starts you off with a fair climb and things get better. Would play here every time I was in Norfolk. If walking is a problem would definitely recommend a buggy. There is also an excellent professional shop adjacent to the nine hole course and driving range. The club house is superb. The highlight of the round for me is the 18th a real card wrecker.

Nice course, some interesting holes, quite hilly for Norfolk. Gets a bit tight in the middle with access to tee boxes across fairways, have to keep your wits about you!

Lovely course and good test. For a newish course feels quite mature although has 3-4 holes which are out in the open and a bit dull but other 14 are great. Twilight at 17 quid is fantastic value

A great course! Manicured to a very high standard and the greens are absolutely in great shape! A course I will golf a lot during my stay in England! Only thing lacking is a pro shop.

The course has changed with new holes being introduced and it has gone from par 70 to par 72. The course has also been redirected to take account of the new holes, which gives some longer walks between holes. The new second and third holes are good and will develop into great holes as the tree belts mature.

As usual the course is very well maintained and the rough is kept short to assist speed of play.

It remains a good course at a good price. Well worth a visit.

Society afternoon

As ever the welcome, the bacon rolls, coffee and staff always make us feel very welcome. It was a great day, made even better as we had good weather. The course too was in excellent order, well done the green keepers. Thanks to everyone.

I hadn't played Bawburgh for a couple of years so it was good to return and see improvements to a course that I already enjoyed. The clubhouse has been recently refurbished and looks great. Our group of 18 enjoyed a buffet after the round which was superb. The course itself has been improved by some thoughtful rerouting at the start. It has always been well maintained in the past so I was not surprised to find it in excellent condition this time. One of the top parkland courses in Norfolk in my opinion.

"No hills in Norfolk"

A surprisingly long and testing course that requires both distance to reach the greens in regulation and accuracy to stay away from trees and hazards.

Scorched in the sun

Always knackering but always fun - and the ball just kept running and running. Great course and the greens were very good.

Great course , want to play again

Staying at the near by Barnham Broom and wanted to play a few different courses so picked Bawburgh. What a great choice , lovely interesting holes , quick greens and a brilliant course. Staff very friendly. We got buggies as course is quite hilly and has a lot of ups and downs.
