Pliability App Unveiled to Golfers
In February 2023, a mobility and recovery app called Pliability announced that it would be branching into the golf market.
They want to help golfers improve their mobility, which in turn should produce greater performances out on the golf course.
The new Golf Path has been launched to help educate golfers and demonstrate that movement health should not be taken lightly, as it is essential for everyone, every day.
Renowned professional golfer, Lee Westwood, was added to Pliability’s athlete roster last year and acknowledges the magnitude of freeing movement.
“The Importance of mobility is often overlooked by amateur golfers. Throughout my career mobility has been something I focused on and probably even more so at this stage of my career.
“I’m excited to share Pliability’s Golf Path with the world and hope to see more golfers focusing on their mobility and health off the course, to enhance performance on it.”

Pliability’s Golf Content
The app’s content will launch as an ongoing series, with the inaugural release solely focusing on 15-minute-long daily sessions without the need for equipment.
All moves are corrective exercises executed for a set amount of time, allowing users to use the app anywhere and at any time.
Additional content will include a quick five or 10-minute warm-up to do at the driving range or on the first tee prior to your opening shot.
To ensure the content is as accurate as possible, Pliability worked closely with a team of golf mobility experts, coaches, touring professionals and amateur golfers to understand the exact needs of different players.
The release of the first Golf Path is only the first step in what looks set to be a deep dive into golf for Pliability, whose mission is to educate consumers within the golf space and beyond.
Designed to be used as a basic component of any training plan, the on-demand, science-supported routines for stretching, breathing and mindfulness were created to enhance lifestyles and unlock your body to move freely.
Blair Wheeler, Golf Partnerships Manager at Pliability, noted: “Pliability’s entry into golf is an exciting first step for delivering sport-specific mobility content. Golfers tend to neglect stretching and mobility, and with Pliability offering daily mobility routines specific to golfers, it will be easier for golfers to fit mobility into their busy schedules.
“We’re excited for this first Golf Path to launch and have something for you, no matter your handicap. Whether you’re playing for State Champions, Majors, or just your weekly skins game, Pliability is something that every golfer can do to help their game and their body.”
The Pliability app is available to download now on iOS, Android and any web browser.
All videos can be accessed on-demand, streamed to any screen, or downloaded for offline use.
Every user will receive a 7-day free trial before a flat rate of £16.95 per month or £169.95 annually to continue accessing the content.
