TaylorMade Stealth Driver Review

By: Golfshake Editor | Tue 04 Jan 2022

The all-new distinictive carbon face Stealth Driver from TaylorMade is set to turn heads in 2022 with its red face design and being the first ever carbon wood to hit the market.

Metal woods and use of titanium have pushed the development of drivers over the last several years and 2022 marks a shift to new technology from TaylorMade with the utilisation of carbon not only on the crown but now through the face with the use of their unique 60 layer carbon nano texture. For golfers this translates to weight savings in the face allowing for the weight to be moved around which leads to an increased face size and ultimately for golfers a club that is designed to increase ball speed to maximise distance and forgiveness.

Golfshake's Ryan Rastall, the Head Professional at Howley Hall Golf Club in Leeds, has tested and reviewed the new 2022 TaylorMade Stealth Driver for us, describing the technology and using TrackMan to analyse the performance of the driver, as well as completing some on-course and indoor testing.
