What the club says: Covering 80 acres this full 18 hole course has a par66 off the white tees, comprising 8 par 3's, 8 par 4's and 2 par 5's. Although fairly middling in length at 4828yd's the course offers a challenge to golfers because of it's compact nature. The course has also in recent years seen the trees mature to present even more of a challenge. First opened in 1990 as 9 hole course it was extended to 18 in 1993.

This course is a joke played here for many years up to 2014 decided to go today with another old member £7.00 but on the web site the price was £6.00 for seniors, not a problem the extra £1 but the state of the course is a joke there was just the two of us on the course and the guy on the mower thought it was ok to cut the green we were teeing off to this happened on 3 holes very disappointed with the Manor Golf Club save your money.

Now a 9 hole course. None of the holes from number 2 onwards (the farm area) are in use. There are 1 or 2 new holes. For £5 play as many holes as you like it's ok. Greens and fairways could do with being a bit shorter, but are playable. There are only par 3 and 4's now. Played June 2015

Now a 9 hole course as all the area from the old number is 2 is now not in use. I believe the lease ran out and the farmer has taken the land back. It's only £5 to play as many holes as you like. The course is in decent condition. The greens could be a little bit shorter IMO and now there are only par 3's and 4's.

I believe the owner is looking to turn the course into a rice field this year with a bit of a boating lake near the 15th.

This course was a little rough around the edges and the greens were generally poor. There are no facilities any more but it is good value. It has potential to be a good course.

Quite a tight course but the tee's and fariways were cut too long and were waterlogged. The greens didnt seem to deal with casual water very well....

Neat and tidy, short course which provides an excellent challenge to mid-high handicap golfers.
Some tight fairways (with lots of right hand out of bounds for the slicers). The greens are fine and the rough thick enough to provide a challenging recover shot.
Areas of the course suffer a little with standing water (though the with the torrential rain which fell during our first 4 holes i am really not surprised).
There is no clubhouse or pro-shop and a portakabin serves as the reception/small shop.
The price is more than fair and I would happily play there again.

This course is a real tester. Not the longest but it demands accurate tee shots or trouble awaits! The course itself is plagued by poor drainage. New owners are trying hard to bring the course standard up. If your looking for a quick 18 holes, (Ive been round in 2and a half hours), that wont cost the earth, (£7 Monday to Friday) then look no further!

Friendly greenkeepers. Some holes better than others (for example, 5 through 12 aren't the greatest, but 1-4 and 13-18 are fine. Greens are patchy in places and a little bobbly, but then you're not going to get St Andrews for a tenner!

Played mid-week eveening in July, £6 for a round. Hadn't rained for at least 24 hours, but a few greens had standing water, all were in poor to average condition - made smooth putting hard. Few boggy areas on fairways meant playing with a muddy ball for 20% of second /third shots. Course set up and layout is OK, quite short. Seems liek it needs care and attention and some investment in green keeping. lack of attention to the course by owners took the edge of the round. Worth a try, but I won't be rushing back. Rather pay £10 and play a better quality course with better kept greens.
