Media Villataina - Poniente Course
This is the smaller of the 2 on site courses and it's one of my local courses I play when they have deals on.Buggies are compulsory on the Poniente course.
90% time there are no marshalls so it can be frustrating with slow play an issue at times, also people teeing off before their allotted time.
There are about 15 bays to practice along with putting greens and practice bunker.
Poniente course is only a par 62 with a lot of difficult holes. It makes you think with very large strategically placed bunkers on most holes.
There are only 2 holes that you can actually use a driver / fairway off the tee.
Course is let down by players not repairing pitch marks, the bunkers are rock hard where you can putt out of some.
Footprints in bunkers from lazy players also spoil it, with rakes available.
Dont leave any valuables in your bag especially on the 7th due to thieves hiding in the bushes, looking for phones, cash etc, whilst you're putting.
Area not fenced off and Marshall nowhere to be seen.
Course conditions are good, greens pretty quick.
I wouldn't pay more than 45 euros for a game (inc buggy).
Nice clubhouse and pro shop will friendly staff.

Good challenge and in good condition. Tight with some really tough holes for a higher handicapper. back nine a buy short !

Tricky short course with 10 Par Threes
Good condition and interesting to play, very punishing course if not playing well.Short course with lots of par threes, frustrating at times and I wouldn't want to play it too often.

Benidorm course
Only 4000 yards long but tough as many holes have trouble that has to be cleared. You won't finish the round with the same ball.(Round played: Apr 2018 - Score: 83 Handicap: )

booked it through union jack golf in benidorm supplied everything including transport run by the first tee starter at the course
