Olde Brack
A Tillinghast design from 1916. Strategically placed bunkers, a couple long par 4's and one great finishing hole make this a fun run. Never crowded in the pm and meticulously maintained by the City of San Antonio. Beautiful old clubhouse and locker room where the immortals names are still on the lockers.(Round played: Jul 2019 - Score: 75 Handicap: 8.8)

Tillinghast 1916
A W Tillinghast designed this course which hosted the Texas Open for many years. It is the best maintained municipal course in San Antonio and was completely restored to its original design about ten years ago. Always well-maintained, it is seldom crowded during the weekday afternoons, although weekends see heavy play. It is a favorite of high school teams who practice there regularly during their season. There is a wonderful original clubhouse with massive fireplace. There also is the Texas Golf Hall Of Fame Walk and the Borgland Studio nearby(Mt. Old Brack
A Tillinghast course, built in 1916 with a 1923 clubhouse of stone and brick. A massive fireplace sets off the big hall and in adjacent rooms are memorabilia from the Texas Open years. Adjacent to the clubhouse is the Texas Golf Hall of Fame and the old Borgland building. Borgland had his studio on the property when he was designing Mount Rushmore. Great 1917 Tillinghast course. Greens in transition from rye to Bermuda, but put true.
