Well worth playingGrove, near Porthcawl , South Wales . Well worth playing A good test of golf
Lush courseLovely course with lush fairways and greens. Most holes tree lined requiring accuracy off the tee, rough is penal. Fairways hard from the warm weather and greens difficult to stop on and deceptively slow when putting.

17 Mar 18Very cold and windy day, strong gustd but a good challenge in those conditions.
Like i have said before, still alot of pitch marks not being repaired by golfers especially this time if year in the soft conditions. greens good for this time of year though.

First time I have played this course in over 15 years. Very windy conditions going out and on the back of the course. A good test for first game in over 6 years. The greens were good, although soft there were a lot of pitch marks which hadn't been lifted, but apart from that they were very good and true. Can't wait for my next round.
