What The Club Says
One of the oldest clubs on the Costa del Sol, Parador uses a mixture of holes set against the sea and through avenues of Eucalyptus. It has a distinct links feel to it and is suitable for all levels of golfer, with some holes providing a real challenge. Accuracy is a must off the tee if you're to stand a chance of reaching the green in regulation. It was also host to the Spanish Masters Open in 1992 and 1999.

Fun for an Extra Day of Golf
We had a 6am flight from Malaga airport so booked the last night of our golfing holiday on El Costa del Sol at the Paradores hotel and played a round on the Old Course.This is a municipal course and nothing fancy. But the greens, tee boxes, and fairways where in surprisingly great shape. Our tee time was about 30 mins delayed by a local competition but it was a shotgun start so we had clear sailing once we got going and finished in under 4 hours, which was very nice!
Being under the landing flight path for the airport iffers a great chance for a drinking game -- draw for airline companies and take a drink everytime one of your planes passes over head. If you want to be really really drunk by the end you should hope for Ryan Air! Next was EasyJet but they were very far behind in the number of flights

Lovely course
Really enjoyed this course near the sea, back nine was a little more open with more wind from the sea(Round played: Sep 2018 - Score: 79 Handicap: 9.3)

Greens good, but poor fairways
As usual greens at Parador were excellent. However fairways and surrounding rough lets the experience down. There are too many areas only yards from fairway where there is no grass, simply dried earth and sand.(Round played: Mar 2018 - Score: 89 Handicap: 11.7)

Good value course worth playing
Good testing course, long but fair with excellent greens. Only drawback was that pace of play was very slow, perhaps some increased marshalling required.(Round played: Nov 2017 - Score: 88 Handicap: 10.8)

Fantastic course, near the airport, pretty flat being next to the sea. These greens are incredibly good. In our opinion better tahn Gleneagles, Wentworth
