What the club says: Set in the Mesnil forest; ancient hunting grounds of Robert Surcouf, and surrounded by the vast Mirloup lake, the course boasts spectacular views and plenty of water hazards (13).
The course is maintained to Championship levels by Paul Bontemps (7 years Director of Greenkeeping Studies – Neuvic)
A good challenge for better players with a slope of 140, the course remains accessible to all players with judiciously positionned tees; the bogey is easy but the birdie is tough!

Day three France tour playing st malo resortOn first impression very nice
Course was in excellent condition until the greens very slow this is probably to with the summer high temperatures trying not to lose them great short holes I can see the need for buggies long walk between some holes
Worth a visit yes

Embarrassed to find the four ball with buggies playing endurance golf causing five or six groups to give up were English speaking Brits. No fault of the course but some "players" need to be told five hour (and anything over four hours) is just not acceptable, nor is ignoring the play through etiquette. .

Great course in excellent condition with lovely fairways and greens. A must play if you are staying in Brittany. Like all courses in France the price for a buggy is now becoming stupid I know you don't have to hire one but when you are on holiday and pushed for space in the car its nice to have one but 35 euros !!!!!!

Great course and a must if you are staying in Brittany, there are some very testing par threes with one over the reservoir which has to be negotiated a second time while playing the 16th signature hole. The whole course is in excellent condition with great greens.

Whilst greens were good, the fairways especially for the first few holes left a lot to be desired. Potential here for a really good course but average at moment. Nice clubhouse.
