Hidden Gem
The architecture of the course is great but it only has 250 members so no money to get the course into good condition. Not that much different from many other courses in the area.Have played it a number of times the last 5 years or so, and keep coming back. A very friendly club.
If you can accept the poor condition of the course ( use placing everywhere if you must )
It really is a hidden Gen
I would rate the Layout as Very Good but the condition Poor

Overall really nice course with many stunning holes. Challenging off the back tees without being unreasonable. Only two drawbacks. First three holes are not great and just 3 par 3s. Well worth playing. You feel it's Woburn at times.
