The new layout introduced for 2010, will be more challenging than in the past, and should test even scratch golfers. Course rating is expected to remain 67. In the interests of water ecconomy, only greens and aprons are irrigated. Fairways green up in winter, but dry off in summer

Worst Golf Club in the World?
I came to Vikla with high hopes. The road there was windy and dangerous. As soon as I got out of the car, dogs were barking at me from all angles. The warning bells were ringing but we carried on. I was chased to the club house by the dogs. The woman there charged us a ridiculous price. We had hired 2 sets golf clubs. The state of these clubs were poor. The first shot played with them made them break. The bags were tattered and the clubs were old and defective. The course was horrendous. Dry and gravely fairway playing from rocks .Lame excuse for gravely fairways. Greens were small .Holes shared the same green. Place was like a quarry. Map was poor and couldn't locate 5th tee .The only good thing was the buggy. I was so joyed when it started raining and we had to stop. Waste of my time. Never coming back again. This place should not be called Vikla Golf and Country club. It should be called Vikla Dessert club.I hope others see this review and refrain from coming t this place. It would be better if it was closed
