What the club says: Water is a major feature on this picturesque course as the surrounding lakes and streams feature on 12 of the holes. It was designed with all handicappers in mind as each hole has strategically placed tees so as to make it an entertaining challenge. The two closing holes are the most memorable of the round, as the island green 17th is enough to test any golfer while the long 18th over water requires good course management.

Beautiful Course. Kept extremely well. Soft ground with fast greens. Found it quite challenging but then i would be playing against Tiger Woods every week if i didn't. Very friendly and helpful staff in clubhouse. Highly Recommended.

Great course in great condition. Spectacular views of the Galtee mountains. Greens were superb, big, fast and true.
There's plenty of hazards to catch you out if you veer off line.

A lovely course but with the weather we were having it was very waterlogged and hard to play, it is sad because the course would be fantastic if the weather had been more forgiving.

Thoroughly enjoyed my round at BallyK... staff in the pro-shop were friendly and really went the extra yard to look after our group.
The course is beautful, short cut fairways that really reward the good drive, tight semi rough to keep your shots interesting and unfriendly deep rough that is best avoided!
The greens are invariably protected by water and/or bunkers which make approach shots a challenge but once on run fantastically.
The par 4 1st hole is great fun as is the 8th (both rewarding a brave shot over water)!

50 Euros for the round was perhaps on the pricey side compared to some of the other courses around but was the experience, facilities and hospitality made it worth it.

I would happily play this course again.

This is a newly Built Hotel but the course has been there for some time. The last time i played this course it was fine about 8 years ago, but this weekend it was in great shape. The fairways were cut tight, the long ruff was just that and got cought out on the racing line a couple of times, the water also adds for interesting golf, but the quiteness and the Tipp Mountains in the back make for an ideal course to play. Very friendly and good facilities.

Lovely course and friendly pro in the shop. Hire clubs were excellent, brand new Cobra and Titleist! Some of the distance markers seemed a little badly placed! A little expensive though.

The bar and food were excellent and good value. The hotel good also.
