What The Club Says
Set in 140 acres in one of the most beautiful areas of Gwent, Woodlake Park overlooks the spectacular Llandegfedd reservoir, the Brecon Beacons, Black Mountains and the Vale of Usk. The championship standard course has a par of 72 and standard scratch of 72. Located just 15 minutes from Newport, home of the 2010 Ryder Cup.

Challenging and beautiful
Thoroughly enjoyed playing this testing track. The changes in underlaytion make a good club choice essential. Greens are in good condition and the slopes require thought. Will definately be returningReviewer Rating

Picturesque course
Great challenge, friendly locals and great price for round and 1 course meal. Well worth a visit. Be back soon.(Round played: Mar 2019 - Score: 107 Handicap: 20.6)

Well worth the visit.
Importantly, a very warm welcome from the staff and members here.Not the longest I've played but it is deceptive. The course has been designed very much in keeping with the contours of its surroundings. Don't expect a lot of flat lies.
No temporary greens and they were in very good condition.
All the tee off positions were temporary however.
Will definitely be back.
