PoorVery disappointed with the "championship" course. Appreciate that there has been a bit of rain in the past few days but the course had clearly not been inspected. Fallen down branches covering tee boxes. You cannot help a branch falling down but you can inspect the course on a morning.
Greens poor and tee boxes very very shabby. Ball cleaning equipment on the tee boxes very poor and not appropriate for a course where they are charging relatively high prices for the area. If the course is in poor condition then fees should be reduced accordingly.
We needed buggies as my playing partner has a bad knee. The buggy (which was not cheap) was the slowest buggy I have ever used.
On the positive there are some interesting holes with good approach shots.
Society dayBreakfast very good staff very polite the champion ship course is a good test of golf greens good Thanks from the nags head Golf society

Our fall back courseDecent enough course and open all weathers, great in great conditions but not so much when wet

Good little course
Worth visitingWell worth a visit, however the 18 hole pine valley I think requires a little more work on the fairways, the grass was quite long.

Great ValuePlayed here the last weekend in November, refreshing to see a course with no temporary tees or greens this time of year. Played the championship course for £16 after 12:00. Cant wait to go back in summer, some great water features & stunning holes.
Staff in shop & bar were all very helpful. Definitely one to play if you haven't already
Staff friedndly too
