Long par3s short par 4s
Interesting course and not as wet as I expected given the biblical recent rain fall, some interesting hole lay outs short tricky par 4s and some longer but more straight forward par 3s all with small greens. I'm a mid to high handicapper and taming this course is more about course management and good approach play than distance. I enjoyed it. One let down was no food options other than bar snacks but we'll worth a visit despite thisReviewer Rating

A real gem.
A really pretty and challenging 9 holes, beautifully cared for with something for everyone - a mix of par 3, 4 and 5, water including a river meandering in unexpected places, and some twists and turns. A good option to play real golf when you are perhaps short of time in a beautiful hidden vale. Small club house and facilities - what more do you need!Reviewer Rating

Lovely Little Course - Hidden Gem
I loved playing here, beautiful course. I'm still getting used to full 9's so it was perfect, great variation of hills, and streams.I came here forgot about work and got a nice tan.
Nice terrace to chill out on afterwards.
I will be back.

This is a great, full sized 9 hole with some additional greens allowing for 18 holes too.
It's not an easy course but not hard either. Great for a quick, relaxed 9 and particularly good for beginners, occasional players and beginners. Management and patrons are friendly and laid back and the course is always in good condition.
Posh new changing rooms and fairway distance markers have been added recently too.

Fun, friendly and fast
Friendly 9 hole with some additional greens and tees so you can play a varied 18 holes too. Does Larkins in the bar which has a nice terrace to sit out on after a round.Course is well kept and tends to stand up when others nearby are soggy.
Not a hard course - but not easy either - so a good place for a stress free but worthwhile round.
Pace of play is good. Most of the course is flat so easy to walk but there are buggies to hire.
Good for kids and beginners as players and the management are very easy going here but there are some long par fives for those who can really whack it off the tee. The par threes are mainly long and challenging.

Villa golf course
A very friendly family run course, allways keeped in good condition and making improvements, where possible,I have run a charity event there now for the passed 4 year's and have found it to have been well attended

Hidden gen with great views
