One of the best
Turnberry Golf resort, what can be said that hasn?t already been written, nothing! This place has two genuinely World class golf courses, a great hotel in a fantastic location, just heaven.
Only thing to say is ?just go there? and experience it, you will not be disappointed

True Luxury!!!!!
What a course with amazing views!!!! Course is superb and a great challenge for any golfer!!

AMG Open
1st round in the 2019 AMG Open and I enjoyed playing the RTB course off the whites...we were helped by the fact that we played in not much wind and glorious weather for the start of October in Scotland(Round played: Oct 2019 - Score: 84 Handicap: 10.5)

Scott
A gem of a course and staff are great.

Beautiful course, as expected.
Some ridiculous views, coupled with excellent tee shots. Course does not match the scorecard as both Ailsa & Robert the Bruce had reshuffle of holes.Had a caddy for the group, definitely helped as he picked up my club lengths quickly so saved a fair few shots.

Very Good Course
Excellent round on the King Robert The Bruce course at Turnberry. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for an historic course to play(Round played: Apr 2019 - Score: 95 Handicap: 18.2)

Excellent
gREAT COURSE, WOULD PLAY AGAIN.(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 90 Handicap: 25.3)

(Round played: Jun 2018 - Score: 95 Handicap: 12.6)

Amazing
Fabulous course in amazing condition. Despite the recent wet weather the course was in a wonderful condition. I would recommend to anyone to play this challenging and enjoyable course.(Round played: Apr 2018 - Score: 80 Handicap: 12.7)

Definitely a jewel in the sun!
Great experience with outstanding facilities as well as 3 awesome courses. The only down side is having to play off mats on the Ailsa course, no goody bag or free stroke savers. It is still well worth the money and a must play resort.

(Round played: Nov 2017 - Score: 102 Handicap: 24)

Outstanding would pay again at the drop of a hat
the Lodges are a little dated carpets may need renewing however the beds were outstanding had a great nights sleep. The main hotel was out of this world as was the club house. The staff could not do enough for you. Both courses we excellent very intimidating but cosmetically stunning however very playable one of my rounds was one of the best I have played this year would pay again at the drop of a hat.

New Kintyre
Enjoyed the new set up and had the benefit of playing the course on a day where the wind was manageable and the rain wasn't there after we putted out on the 2nd green(Round played: Oct 2017 - Score: 84 Handicap: 11.5)

'Simply Stunning'
Played the Ailsa and King Robert The Bruce at the weekend and it was brilliant. From the moment you arrive at the venue it looks fantastic with the hotel and lodges on one side of the road and the courses and practice facilities on the other side.
Staff are courteous and friendly and cant do enough to help.
The Clubhouse, Pro Shop and facilities are out of this world and the best I have ever seen.
The Ailsa is visually stunning and despite having some rain on the front nine it did not detract from the experience in the slightest.
We played off the white tees and although a challenge the course was fantastic with every hole different.
Robert the Bruce is not in the same bracket as Ailsa however it would stand up on its own as being well worth playing.
Overall a weekend that I wont forget and well worth the 600 mile round trip and 5 hour car journey each way to get there.
If you get the chance to play it then don't miss the opportunity.
I was lucky enough to play the 2010 at Celtic Manor last month and that is not in the same league as Turnberry.

(Round played: Sep 2017 - Score: 79 Handicap: 10.1)

The Lighthouse is used as a halfway house. It is the best halfway house in the world. The view alone is stunning
(Round played: May 2017 - Score: 98 Handicap: 19)
