The greens were very quick today, I was taking 20yds off the distance to the green to allow for the run.

Little Gem
Set in the outskirts of Woodbridge, directly off the A12,this is a must. It is challenging enough without being too hard. There are quite a few inclines ,which can be hard on the legs, but they do give some spectacular views of the Suffolk countryside.There is adequate parking and a lovely clubhouse, where everyone is welcome. There is also a driving range.
The green fees are reasonable, ?40 before 3pm or ?30 after.
Well worth a visit.

The course was in good condition and greens were good this a short course but had some very challenging holes.there is a driving range near the first tee box and a putting green with bunker a nice warm up before you tee off.Reviewer Rating

Good course for all abilities, friendly staff. The 7th hole is only around 96 yards (yellow). Happy to be play there again.

New to golf and I've not played many course so I don't have much of a comparison but I think it's a really nice little course with a good mix of holes. It's not the longest course so suits me as a newbie (some par4s are around 300yds from yellow tees. Everyone is really friendly as well.

Great little course
Once again seckford didn't dissapoint, great little course kept fantastic and great greens. The only thing I could fault was pace of play we had a 4 ball of ladies tee off 20 minutes ahead of us and caught them up on at the end of the 3rd and they refused to let us play through we were a 3 play who play at a good pace and had to wait before every shot sometimes around 5 minutes per hole! We phoned the pro shop and mentioned it but luckily they were only playing 10 holes otherwise the round would have taken around 5 hours for a course thay is normally under 4 hours.Reviewer Rating

great course
superb course for all handicaps as not long but some unusual runs off fairways, unfortunately due the extreme dry weather lately, the fairways had very little grass on but tees and greens in excellent state(Round played: Jul 2018 - Score: 87 Handicap: 25.9)

Short but great
Short course but dry despite a lot of rain and a gem, 7 par threes but all a challenge, greens were a tad bumpy and in need of a trim, pace of play good not too busy.Reviewer Rating

Short, nice-looking course with many par 3s. Back 9 is particularly attractive among the pine trees. Greens and bunkers were in excellent condition - some of the fairways a bit worse for wear but nothing too bad. We teed off at the crack of dawn so our pace of play wasn't affected by any other groups. A couple of the short holes are perhaps a bit too easy, but many others provide a genuine test. Lovely weather and I scored well too, so overall very enjoyable.

Interesting course once again made up of 2 halves. The front 9 take you through the wooded area where the rough is punishing, whilst the back 9 meanders through rhododendrons which I assume was part of the original gardens for the hall. Has some height changes too, just add to the interest.
