Nice hotel/resort course with a good stretch on the back 9 in particular. Front 9 by the river can get wet and the semi is a bit penal otherwise it was in good shape and we almost had the course to ourselves

Course was in great condition for the weather on the day. Many hours heavy downpour but the course held up very well.

Played late on sunday afternoon with no booking. Staff were extremely helpful and got us out on course with a buggy within 30 mins. We hired clubs which were virtually brand new Taylor Made M2 . Course is hilly and with great variety including water on 3 holes. Fairways are fairly wide and some blind shots. A good fun round of golf with excellent staff and facilities.

Excellent course with beautiful scenery
Course is in excellent condition with some challenging fairways and greens especially the par 4 14th with 3 bunkers in front of the green(Round played: Jul 2017 - Score: 97 Handicap: 28)

This course was a interesting test, it has a very nice setting but the first 5 holes are next to a river which has a high water level. These holes were extremely wet. The remainder of the course is on higher ground and there are some great holes from 11 onwards. I especially like the 15th a small 250yard par 4, very inviting to have a pop at the green but danger everywhere. In good weather this course would be very nice. Well worth a go. There is a good wee pro shop and with driving range facilities also available it is a well set up course.

This is an enjoyable parkland course. The facilities are great, there is a well stocked and reasonably priced shop, driving range, golf academy etc and being a resort the food options when you finish are excellent. Three of the holes involve water features, many holes have sloping lies and the bunkers are well placed. There are mature trees but young trees give it a less than mature feel. Greens and fairways are well manicured

A nice well maintained parkland course, that seems to be undergoing some sort of re-design, which leaves a couple of the holes a bit wanting (hole 13 specifically).

played today on a glorious sunny day, greens and fairways played faster than expected, but an overall brilliant day. Staff in the club shop were very polite and courteous.

Played with a booking from teeofftimes for£20 so value for money was excellent. The course is really well laid out and very well kept. My only disappointment was it was very wet. I booked online and paid online as I have done before, but the guy still tried to charge me again, wasn't very friendly and didn't seem interested.

Played the course a few times over the years, its matured well, very well maintained, staff more than helpful, pity some of the members are a bit ignorant especially when they squeeze in on the back 9, deciding that play isn't fast enough for them, whistling and sometime hitting over the top of you. Such a shame for a great course.

Well maintained course. Front 5 holes can be wet - even closed during winter months. There has been significant planting of trees which should help to resolve this as they mature. Greens of good standard and fairways cut regularly. Some players can be a little remiss about raking bunkers, replacing divots and repairing pitch marks. Social aspects are excellent with good dining etc. Pro shop good and resident pro most helpful

When it is dry this course is a most enjoyable folding experience. There is good variety in the holes and the setting and views are excellent. The fairways are superb and whilst the rough looks tepid it is anything but. The big downside of this course is the poor drainage and spongey greens when there is rain. In the winter months the bottom five holes are closed off and this is a major drawback from an otherwise very good course
