What the club says: Newtownstewart Golf Club is 5,341 metres long par 70 with a standard scratch of 69 off the white tees. Nestling on the foot of Bessy Bell Mountain, in the rolling parkland of Baronscourt, the ancestral estate of the Duke of Abercorn. The course is festooned with beech trees and wild life. The golfers will frequently encounter deer, wild pheasant, red squirrels and buzzards during their round.

Well worth visiting

worth playing
excellent parkland course set in barsonscourt estate. it is well maintained with excellent fairways and tricky greens. A good challenge for all levels of golfers(Round played: Sep 2018 - Score: 79 Handicap: 15.4)

Amazing surroundings, challenging round of golf, play was held up on the 12th last time due to the local dear family wandering down the fairway great to watch the local wildlife, Great Pre round grub

Very nices ! The greens are in top nick ! The fairways are all a perfect length with great bark grass and the wild life around the course is prentyful !
