Played a few open events here now, always a friendly welcome. Course in great condition given recent heavy rain. Greens a little soft but true. Great food in clubhouse.(Round played: Aug 2019 - Score: 79 Handicap: 6.2)

Always like playing this course, friendly welcome in clubhouse and pro shop. Good practice facilities. Course well spread out over a large area. Some great holes like par 3 16th, a proper card wrecker. Greens always in great nick. Certainly one of the best courses in the Manchester and surrounding area.(Round played: Aug 2018 - Score: 77 Handicap: 5.2)

Played it for the first time. Course was in excellent condition and greens were superb. But to many blind holes. 12 out of 18 are blind off the tee making it very difficult for a new visitor to the course.Course (layout/challlenge)

I have only played this course 4 times in all, but what a lovely course. I wish it was a little nearer to my home then I would visit it far more often. It is set in great surroundings and is a real challenge.(Round played: Mar 2018 - Score: 93 Handicap: 16)

Played most of the courses in and around Manchester, Northenden's greens are definitely up there with any of the best ones..The new clubhouse is very good..

Have played here for last 3 years in one of there open events and as usual well organised and great value. Always friendly welcome in pro shop and clubhouse. Good food. Course in excellent condition despite recent rains. Greens true and fairly quick. Course is a good walk but well worth it. Some great par 3s which could easily wreck a good round. I love the opening tee shot and cant think of a bad hole on the front nine!! If i was to be really very picky, I would say the finishing hole is not great!! The greens are unbelievable!! It must be a pleasure to peg it up there week in week out!! Massive THUMBS UP!!!

Reviewed Sep 13 2016 by Keith R - rated 5 out of 5 Fantastic course. Greens were very true and quick, course in good condition with fairways and first cut well tended. Rough was penal, so stay out of there! Bunkers had consistant level of sand in them and of good quality.
Food excellent and all the staff were very pleasant and we're happy to help. Will definitely come back!
