Kington Golf Course is rated as the 28th Best Course in the UK to play for under £100 and Herefordshire's Number One Golf Course.
It was one of the first courses designed by renowned architect Major Cecil Key Hutchison, and offers stunning views of the surrounding seven 'old' counties namely Herefordshire, Breconshire, Radnorshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Monmouthshire. As the Highest 18 Hole course in England, its free draining nature, the fantastic greens and links style play means that Kington Golf Course offers year round playability.

Stunning
Just love playing here. Course was in fabulous condition and the greens were so good and fast. The little additions they’ve made for their centenary year make an always enjoyable experience that bit better. Friendly greeting in the pro shop and the food as always was top notch. Played here first weekend in March and what fantastic condition the course was in especially the greens. Great grass coverage and already running true and at a really good speed already. Welcome was friendly as always. Staff and members really do the club proud. Can't wait to return.

The links in the sky
I have now played Kington 4 or 5 times with the European players tour and every time I love it. The green are fantastic the views outstanding. Also take your hat off to the hospitality you get from the bar staff pro shop and membership. This is a must for someone who can play and loves quirkiness.Reviewer Rating

Lovely course, spectacular views
What a lovely course: some interesting terrain and a couple of intimidating gully?s off the tee. Very few trees and no water, but lots and lots and lots of bracken, brambles and heather to gobble up your ball if you wander off the fairway. Lots of curious sheep too. No bunkers!Reviewer Rating
