What The Club Says
The beautiful and well-appointed parkland course at Hazel Grove Golf Club is characterised by several natural water hazards. Add to these the planting of a further 6,500 trees during the reconstruction of 1990 to supplement the existing ones and you can see why careful course management is required by golfers of all levels.

Great course worth playing
Played Hazel Grove in one of their well organised open competitions. Usual friendly welcome in clubhouse. Good practice facilities, large practice area, putting green and nets all near the clubhouse. Course in great condition considering the recent dry spell. Greens run well but tricky to read with subtle borrows. Tough opening few holes where position is key. Easier back nine. Fairly flat walk around. Great balcony overlooking 18th green to enjoy post round drinks and chat. Well worth a visit for sure.Reviewer Rating

Lady D
I played at Hazel Grove Golf Club on Tuesday and the course was in excellent condition despite heavy rain. The evening Ladies Dinner featured fantastic food and service. I enjoyed a crispy Greek-style Pistachio & Feta Filo Pie with perfectly cooked veg, followed by Lemon Tart and Ice Cream. The meal just doesn’t get any better than this and the price was very competitive. The staff were attentive and friendly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I plan to keep on returning while these caterers are there. Thanks to the Lady Captain and her helpers for their good service at the hut. Thanks to the Lady Vice Captain for the beautiful flower arrangements. Thank you to all the staff for making the day and evening special.

Nice course worth playing
Second time playing Hazel Grove this time in one of their well run Open competitions. Friendly welcome all round, nice clubhouse, well stocked pro shop. Good practice facilities. Course generally in good condition, a few holes where new drainage repairs are showing but still well playable. Tee boxes a bit worn. Greens very good, rolled really well. Course is fairly flat so easy walk around. Some holes where you have to get thinking cap on especially where the numerous ditches come into play. Overall nice course well worth playing for sure.Reviewer Rating

Nice course worth playing
First time playing Hazel Grove GC. Played in one of their opens which was well organised. Friendly welcome by all. Nice , modern looking clubhouse. Good practice facilities. Course looked great. Tricky starting hole. Greens okay, should be mint in a month or so. Very hard to read with many subtle borrows, easy to 3 putt on some. Some card wrecking long par 3s. Although quite a short course it's still a good walk around mainly on the flat. Enjoyed the day and will be back sometime for sure.Reviewer Rating
