What the club says: A gently undulating, tree-lined, parkland course it is reaping the benefits of a tree-planting programme from many years previous and the course has continued to develop through to present day. The course records are a magnificent 60 (amateur) and 62 (professional), which will take some beating but, such is the enjoyment of the course, you're guaranteed to have great fun in trying.

Absolute peach of a course.
Hats off to the groundsmen - best greens I’ve ever putted on.
Locals very friendly.
Undulating course with many tricky holes.
A must play if you are in the area.

great course in great condition
conditions were brilliant after the previous 3 weeks of rain. greens had been spiked to aid drainage and it worked.Reviewer Rating

I played it for the second time and it was in great condition,the greens were perfect and it is challenging for all handicaps.

great layout good challenge

A parkland course , which although not long is well maintained with a number of raised greens which contribute to make it challenging. Bunker positioning good although sand consistency needs to be addressed .Reviewer Rating

Nice course but took forever to get round. Almost 5 hours for a 2 ball on a Sunday afternoon

Wonderful course, the term"hidden gem' is over used, but Hayston is worthy of such praise. Every hole is different and many changes in elevation. Fairways and greens were in excellent condition, we thoroughly enjoyed our day here and will definitely return again.
