Great course worth playing
First time playing Galway Bay GC. Impressive new clubhouse, well stocked pro shop. Good practice facilities. Course in reasonable condition given the amount of rain leading up to our round. Greens had been hollow tined but rolled quite well. Long course especially off whites. Par 3s tricky especially if into wind. Need to be playing well to score well. Not too hilly but a fair walk around the course. Quite a slow round, waiting for most shots. Great food in the clubhouse. Shall try and return sometime for sure.Reviewer Rating

Fantastic course worth visiting
Great course to play with views of the bay from every hole. A warm, friendly welcome followed by a round on an interesting course layout. Tees, fairways and greens in excellent condition, plus an unusually calm sunny day, made for a perfect Monday morning of golf. Drinks and a selection of bar food rounded the visit off. Slipping on the course maintenance. Greens very bumpy and bunkers sand content inconsistent to none
