What the club says: One of the most unique Scottish links courses as designed by James Braid and almost totally encircled by the sea. There are sea and mountain views from every tee, fairway and green, other visual delights are the resident school of bottle-nose dolphins who often play within a five irons length of the first eight fairways! Fortrose & Rosemarkie Golf Links has hosted a total of 10 National Championships 2010.
Voted as Scotland's Best Golfing Experience (value for money) at the Scottish Golf Tourism Awards 2017 & 2018. Ranked as No. 33 in the National Club Golfer Top 100 Best/Fun Golf Courses to play with over 2,000 courses in Great Britain and Ireland. Also ranked in the Top 50 of Scotland's Top 100 Golf Courses (Golf World Magazine).

One of the Best in the Highlands of Scotland
We visited the course after flying over from Amsterdam and we were treated to a course which was in fantastic condition and the hospitality afterwards was really good. At only £55.00 you get true value for money and I would recommend this course like Brora as the one's to play with the more famous courses over-priced in my opinion.Reviewer Rating

Lovely warm summers day and the course was in fine condition. Quite tight in places due to the gorse.
