Lovely course with distinctly different front and back nines

With distinctly different front and back nines this course provides a different challenges. The front nine has many blind shots and undulating greens and the 9th with second shot over a lake of a lay up is real risk or reward.
The back nine is quite different, more akin to a parkland course no less enjoyable, with the 15th a real gem with a lake in the middle. The greens are easier than the front nine.
The course was in great condition despite the recent rain and will be returning to this course.

called in on my way home from Tenby in june 2015. I had a very warm reception and found the members very friendly. The 2 members I caught up with on the 2nd invited me to join them. I was advised to give it some welly to get over the hill and found the lake which caused some amusement. I found the course in good condition and thoroughly enjoyed all 18 holes. I will surely return.

A friend and I play here on a fortnightly basis and thoroughly enjoy it. The course is challenging for beginner. We used to play Garnant but found that it was very wet in the winter. Cwrt Derllys certainly cannot be accused of this. Good drainage keeps the course in fantastic playing conditions whatever the weather. The course is set in a parkland and is well kept. There is no real need for a golf buggy, holes 6, 7 , 8 and 9 are long holes which are hilly but other holes are not taxing to walk. Cannot speak highly enough of the course or the very friendly staff. It has a large practice green and practice range.
