What the club says: This wonderful golf course has been woven into the fabric of this mature Georgian estate, designed by top tour professional, Philip Walton. Using the natural features of woodland and parkland, adorned by the Multeen River, Philip has created an exhilarating, par 72 course that provides a real test of golf.
The visual delights of this magnificent setting are many - just a few hundred yards from the banks of the Multeen River, its rich population of mature woodland, and lakes - all set against the backdrop of the Golden Vale of Tipperary.

Tipp at its best
A wonderful setting for a golf course in what I think may have been a convent in its past. The course was in great condition despite the very fine weather and the ball travelled a mile (for those who could hit it). It’s a very enjoyable course with great fairways, good greens and quality bunkers (although one or two were lighter on sand that we would be used to in Ballybunion). A must play for all Munster (and beyond) golfers and I am not sure why I never played it before now. Bar staff were real friendly and courteous and we are before and after we played at very reasonable prices. We will be back.(Round played: Jul 2018 - Score: 97 Handicap: 21)

An enjoyable parkland course
This course was soft after a spell of bad weather in the middle of April. The greens were in good shape but the fairways were very wet. There are some really lovely holes and I'd like to place this course again in the middle of the summer if we have a run of dry weather.Reviewer Rating
