Take time to marvel at the splendid scenic backdrop of the Twelve Bens, etched against the skyline, or Ballyconneely Bay, dusted with pure, white sand. Connemara is one of the finest golf course you will find and has played host to many famous visitors including Tom Watson, one of the greatest players of the modern era with many Major victories, including The Open, US Open and US Masters. Home from Home in Connemara-my favourite course in the west of Ireland. Lovely greens, enjoyable fairways when you hit them and challenging rough when you miss the fairways. Always a pleasure to play.

The West is Best!!!!
Connemara Golf Club is an amazing experience for my daughter Kim and I. The team in the pro shop were friendly and helpful. We joined two members who were really helpful and informative about where to go on the course. The day was lovely, the bar was lively and the food was excellent. We will go back asap.Reviewer Rating

Was pleasantly surprised by this course, as didn't know much about it in advance. Front nine was brutal, with all but one hole playing into the wind. Recsue/5 wood approaches were the norm. The back nine was brilliant, with some fantastic driving holes. Signature par 3 was an experience in itself.
