What the club says: Canmore Golf Club is located on the outskirts of Dunfermline but has spectacular views over the town towards Edinburgh. The par of 67 course is not long but provides excellent opportunities to test your accuracy and short game. Some very interesting Par 3's. Players of all standards will enjoy the setting.

Pleasant course to play
The course was in very good condition with fast greens, well maintained fairways and forgiving rough. The tight layout around holes 11, 12 and 13 led to bottlenecks and slow play. Quite a few bunkers hadn't been raked. The starter and clubhouse staff were friendly and helpful. A pleasant course to play.Reviewer Rating

Canmore SDGC
Canmore Golf Course is a fantastic short course with some very quirky, testing holes. Great fun in the sunshine.(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 95 Handicap: 34)

Canmore golf club
This is situated in dunfermline and a par 67 length of course is 5214 yards. Plays on dome holes left to right due to slops. The 11th hole can bust your card it's the quarry. It's just one of few tight holes. Fairways are excellent greens are quick.(Round played: May 2017 - Score: 105 Handicap: )

The course was in good condition but there are too many holes that overlap and disrupt play too often. Including a green that sits 30 yards in front of the tee for the next hole. After watching them finish putting you need to let them tee off before you can get on the green, otherwise they're hitting straight at you. Shame, because there's a few nice holes spoilt by the rest.

Excellent but very fast greens course is in great condition. Only thing i did not like was most off the holes you were crossing over other golfers paths off play. Which i felt ruined the cross

Friendly club. After heavy rain the night before I was expecting the course to be soaked but I thought it handled the wet very well. Greens a little slow but all in all great value for money.

This was my first time playing Canmore. Being a beginner the assistance I was given was very good. Winter greens and mats were the order of the day due to the underfoot conditions.

i like canmore as i was a member there for years, i now try to play there a couple of times a year and try to play in the open. par is only 67 but some tricky par 3s on the back 9.

Course was short so most of my long irons were passengers in the bag. Thought to myself that the course was quite easy until I hit got to the 11th and 12th holes. I was delighted to walk away with 3 dropped shots.
