What The Club Says
Bransford Golf Club at the Best Western Bank House Hotel, Golf & Country Club first opened in 1992. It was designed by Bob Sandow and started life as a '11 hole' course which was extended to '18 holes' in 1994.
Our course offers golfers the chance to play at a real Floridian style golf course featuring 14 lakes, island greens and curving doglegs towards well-kept greens. At 6,204 yards in length, Bransford will challenge golfers of even the best abilities to keep on a straight line in order to avoid the hazardous water traps.

Mr Berry
We had to play off mats on the fairway which was the first time I've had to do this. the course was in a good condition considering how the weather has been. The speed of play was very very slow we were held up by a two ball and we were a four ball so not the best with that. It's worth a visit but not sure I would returnReviewer Rating

Clubhouse staff always friendly and has a lovely restaurant with balcony seating overlooking the putting practice green and the 10th Tee. The long 14th par 5 is definitely a challenge from the tee with water right of your second shot and trees all along the left which is similar to a number of others on this course. I've played this a few times now and still struggle to break 80. Always leaves you wanting to go back

Great course
I've played Bransford a few times now and it doesn't get any easier. Its more difficult than it looks for me at least. Still struggling to break 85 here. Its a well laid out course with some water hazards if you're wayward off the tee. A couple of challenging narrow fairways with trees either side too but a lovely course to play. If you are carrying your bag be prepared for the big climb up to the tee on the 15th. Its a leg killer!. The clubhouse has a nice cafe/restaurant with a balcony overlooking the practice putting green and the 10th tee so you can enjoy a coffee and watch them drive into the water hazard on the left of the 10th fairway. There's also water on the corner of the dogleg on this hole. I played beginning of May and fairways were very firm and greens were slick. I'll be back for sure.Reviewer Rating
