What the club says: Beedles Lake is situated in the heart of the Wreake Valley, wit the River meandering through several holes. The course is maintained to an extremely high standard by Head Greenkeeper Tim Needham and his staff, and is a real cracker. The course is parkland course, and the fairways and greens are always in immaculate condition. A very playable course, if your game is on form, scoring well is achievable. With some interesting pin positions and guarded greens however, be careful not to push it too far! We also have a New challenging par 3 course, The Little Owl, a stunning addition to further our "Golf for Everyone" ethos.

Golf Course Reviews for Beedles Lake Golf Club
Very dry as are many courses at present. This meant the ball rolled further which suited my game. I am not a big hitter. Got lots of strange bounces. Greens were in good nick and there was good sand in the bunkers. The food in the café is excellent and good value

VERY GOOD COURSE AND HIDDEN DANGERS WOULD LOVE TO PLAY AGAIN EXCELLENT CLUB FACILITIES
(Round played: May 2018 - Score: 94 Handicap: 22.5)
As a single player I was joined up with a two ball (this was not a problem for me, but may have been a problem for the two ball) The course was dry and the fairways were a little bit long, think they were in the process of cutting them but didn?t get to appreciate this until the 10th. The new design par5, 6th hole will be good when the green has had a little bit more time to mature. In all a very good price and a good course. Would definitely come back, and hopefully play better.
Really enjoyed my round on Sunday. Good value.

A perfect public course to play whatever standard of golfer you are. Good challenge with some tricky holes to traverse. Excellent clubhouse and catering. Well stocked shop.

Nice course and a reasonable test for a high handicapper like me.
Become a very good course in recent years and recently updated some tee boxes and other improvements. Some challenging holes with water in play.

A course that continues to improve. The greens were in fantastic condition, as true as any I have played.
