Great course with great views.

Fantastic course which is kept in excellent condition. A course which makes you think hard about club selection as the hazards will definitely come into play if you are too short or just off target. Great facilities and also top tracer range if weather is just too bad.

Challenging greens.

A pretty flat course but some of the greens were a really good challenge.

Nice short course. Big America style greens in good condition. Would be better if it was 18 different holes.

?25 for an adult and 9 year old to play 9 holes on a public course is too expensive and discouraging youngsters taking up the game.

Great course for the money. In very good condition providing it is dry. Pleasant scenery and decent upkeep or course in general, greens especially well taken care of. Can't complain for £10.

Played yesterday and had great day. Greens best I have played on all year (seen previous post and worried but reception informed that they were cored early so that members can enjoy great greens all winter) and boy they were good. Course relatively dry, few wet area but that's to be expected.

They have also changed the course order so you now finish with a par 4 par 3 par 4 which is a lot better! Thinking about joining in April.

Played on Sunday there, and was apprehensive after last few reviews, but must say course was actually in decent condition. Green pretty good, fairways all striped up, bit wet in places but all things consider good value for money. Only paid £10 as they are still doing winter rates. Had a meal in cafe after and food was AMAZING - kids words not mine. Will def be back in next few weeks.

Course horrendous so muddy it should have been closed. No changing area. Staff seemed nice booked tee off time paid £13 went to first tee to see group of 9 waiting to tee off who had just walk from car park straight down to first tee apparently members was then told by staff that I had to wait even tho it was my tee off time? Greens terrible, puddles of water at front of every green. Shocking experience won't b back. Unfortunately didnt listen to other reviews BIG mistake

If you want to get mud up to your knees this is the course for you played here on sat 29 march 14 fist day of the golf season the course looks good walking down to the first tee then you need to play off a tee box at the tees are roped off by the time I got to the fist green my feet to knees where soaking and full of mud hit my tee shot up the slope at the 3rd plugged on the fairway I needed waders to get through this then nearly lost a shoe at the 8th worse course I've played at this time of year I've played a few deaconsbank playsport all a lot better condition than this so Mearns castle please don't blame the weather. ....
