Join Golfshake on #TheJourney with Wilson Golf in 2026
Golfshake is teaming up with Wilson Golf to launch an exciting new campaign for 2026 and we’re looking for two golfers to join us on #TheJourney to Scotland this year.
This is all about putting real golfers at the heart of new equipment. Too often, new clubs are seen only through launch day headlines and quick first impressions. With this campaign, Golfshake and Wilson want to go deeper: to show what happens when golfers are properly fitted, put brand-new irons into play, and then live with them through the season - with honest feedback, real performance, and a behind-the-scenes look at where the clubs come from.
What Are We Doing?

Join us in Scotland at Dundonald Links from 10:00am on Tuesday 31st March until Wednesday 1st April, to experience a Wilson fitting day before visiting the factory to see your new golf clubs being built. The two golfers will then stay overnight at the luxurious Dundonald Links (which has become one of the best stay and play venues in golf) before taking on the championship course (a modern classic in the making), putting their new irons in play for the very first time.
Why We’re Doing It
Wilson’s new 2026 irons are on the way, and there’s no better way to bring them to life than through the experiences of everyday golfers. This campaign is designed to:
- Show the value of custom fitting and how it can improve confidence and consistency.
- Give golfers access to a tour-level experience, from product insight to expert fitting.
- Tell the full story - not just a single review, but how the irons perform over time.
A Look at The 2026 Wilson Irons Family

As part of the journey, the selected golfers will learn about Wilson’s 2026 iron families - built to suit different player types, from purists who love classic shaping to golfers looking for added speed and modern playability.
Wilson’s Staff Model line-up continues to deliver that "crafted" look and feel golfers expect from a players’ iron. Alongside the Staff Model Blade and Staff Model CB, the Staff Model XB completes the family - meticulously engineered by Wilson’s R&D teams with supreme craftsmanship and a brushed satin finish.
These irons elevate classic shaping with a contemporary edge, delivering a refined aesthetic that resonates with modern golfers.
The new DYNAPWR Forged iron is crafted from forged 8620 Carbon Steel and features a PKR-CUP face design, combined with the brand’s AI-generated Variable Face Technology to promote greater distance and consistent launch windows.
Across the wider DYNAPWR irons family, each model incorporates the AI-driven PKR-CUP face design, engineered to maximise ball speed and consistency across the hitting surface. By wrapping the face onto the sole, PKR-CUP creates a thinner, more responsive hinge region that flexes efficiently - particularly on low-face strikes - to generate faster ball speeds and higher launch. This construction also relocates the weld line away from the striking area, giving engineers greater control over face performance, reducing part-to-part variation, and supporting enhanced forgiveness and consistency.
How it Works
To be in with a chance of being selected, golfers must complete a short survey. From the responses, Golfshake will select two golfers to join us in Scotland for an unforgettable 2-day experience at Dundonald Links in Ayrshire.
The 2-Day Scotland Experience

The chosen two will head to the exceptional Dundonald Links on:
- Tuesday 31st March 2026 (arriving from 10:00am)
- Discover the all-new 2026 Wilson irons
- Take part in a full fitting to receive their own custom set of Wilson irons
- Visit the Wilson factory in Irvine to see the clubs being made
- After a full day, they’ll stay overnight at the fantastic Dundonald Links, host venue of the Women’s Scottish Open as well as Final Open Qualifying.
Wednesday 1st April 2026
It’s time to put those new irons straight into action, with a round of golf at Dundonald Links, using the fitted irons on the course for the very first time.
- Captured by Golfshake - followed all season
- Golfshake will be there to capture and document the experience, with coverage on the website and our YouTube channel. The two golfers will then be followed throughout the season to see how they’re getting on and how the new irons are performing in real golfing conditions.

To take part, golfers must:
- Complete the survey
- Be available to attend the full activation from 10:00am on Tuesday 31st March 2026 (covering 31st March - 1st April 2026)
