The Olympic Games golf tournament finally gets under way in Japan this week, starting with the men's competition. Justin Thomas, Collin Morikawa, Xander Schauffele and Patrick Reed are representing the US, with Tommy Fleetwood and Paul Casey wearing Team GB colours, while Rory McIlroy and Shane Lowry will be carrying Irish hopes in Tokyo.
