Maintenance deferred

I've played this course many times, and one issue that really needs attention is the condition of the golf carts. The steering linkage on the carts I\'ve driven is extremely worn. Combined with the heavily heaved cart paths, especially around the water hazards, it creates a genuine safety concern. The carts can suddenly veer dramatically from side to side without warning, making them difficult to control. The fleet is clearly overdue for maintenance.\\The course conditions also left a lot to be desired. The fairway grass was approximately 3 to 5 inches long in many areas, which meant that searching for a ball in the middle of the fairway became a regular occurrence. That\'s frustrating on shots that should be easy to find.\\Finally, while I understand the area has received a tremendous amount of rain this month, there were boggy sections throughout the course that should have been better managed. These areas should have been roped off, or the course should have been designated as cart-path-only to prevent damage to the course and reduce the incidents of carts getting stuck - there is much to repair now. I hope these issues are addressed, as they significantly affected both the safety and enjoyment of the round.
