fairways in excellent condition and running well, greens on the slow side but meant was able to be positive on the putting side of things.

Played after a trip to Direct Golf next door (the range there is pretty good).
Dead quiet so after paying the friendly man in the very small clubhouse straight out onto the course without much company and away with a tight drive on the first through to a wind assisted biff to pitching range on the last.
Quite liked the lay out of the course which punishes wayward shots with hedges , streams and small ponds. You've got to think your way around.
Bunkers and fairways were in good nick BUT greens were some of the slowest I've ever played on, reminiscent of seaside pitch and putts without the rabbit holes to be fair.
A nice course to have a practice round on, and a course you could have a solo round on too.
Tees aren't marked but okay to find. Couldn't see any distance markers though.

Was very wet the day we played so bit unfair to be harsh. A nine hole course with varying tees to make the 18. Green were a little 'hairy' prob due to inclement weather so not cut recently so very slow. some challenging holes on the back '9' but a good course for beginners and improvers.

9 hole generally good but greens do need some work, recommend to play as it is fairly decent. 9 th hole you either fall short into the surrounding water or over hit into the car park! so be wary of parking next to the green.
